Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. At least two years working in the childcare industry Be able to work FULL TIME (MONDAY - FRIDAY) Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
